Pollie Massey / Diversity Awareness Trainer/Advocate
Like many of you, diversity and inclusion strategist and leadership expert, Pollie Massey has seen the word leadership defined numerous ways over the years. Is it charisma and positive thinking? Style? Decisiveness? Is it all about the situation? Is it meant only for the chosen few who rise to the top? Or, is there a different story?
With over two decades of executive coaching, speaking, facilitation and most importantly, real-life, on-the-road business experience, her view is radically different. Pollie appreciates, and shares with listeners, that true leadership is a moment-to-moment choice and not about title, tenure or position. Leadership is for everyone, everyday. It’s inclusive, honors diversity and impacts every part of our lives, every day.
Pollie is a master facilitator known for her ability to stir up a group … and as the “Inclusion Whisperer” for her coaching skill that brings out the best in people.
